My journey began in staffing services during the late '90s, moving through sales, recruiting, and leadership. This experience taught me the importance of treating company leaders as clients to forge solid partnerships and elevate HR's role from administrative to strategic.
The lessons learned have been invaluable. As I transitioned to leading corporate HR, I focused on changing perceptions, emphasizing HR's ability to understand the business, tackle challenges, and drive growth. This effort has proven successful, especially in high-growth industries where aligning human capital with business objectives leads to significant results. My experience spans private companies and private equity ownership, where I've seen the impact of aligning human capital with business objectives, leading to remarkable outcomes.
On the weekends, you will spot me cheering on my 13-year-old daughter in her volleyball games. I'm a person who values family, camaraderie, and a good competitive spirit.
